Tim Van Eman has been a trial lawyer since he began his career in 1981. He handles cases in all areas of the firm's practice, including but not limited to personal injury, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.

Mr. Van Eman has lived in Central Ohio his entire life. After receiving a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University, he attended law school at Capital University. Mr. Van Eman is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Ohio and Michigan. He is also licensed in federal courts in Ohio and Michigan and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Van Eman regularly lectures at continuing legal education seminars in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, trial practice and other areas.

Mr. Van Eman is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Ohio Association for Justice, and the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar Associations. Mr. Van Eman is also an NASD arbitrator.
